Day Four

Well, I didn’t have a new post yesterday so I am going to include yesterday’s post with today’s.
Day 3 – I still haven’t caved in, but I got pretty close. At one point of my day, I had already finished all of my homework due to the fact that I could focus on getting my homework done instead of surfing around facebook. After I finished all of my homework, I had nothing else to do so I was really tempted to go onto facebook. However, I stayed strong. Instead, I found a way to kill the time and I decided to take an hour and a half nap. I think that as the week comes to an end, I will become more and more happy.
Day 4 – Still haven’t caved in. During day 4, I was out for most of the day, so that contributed to my facebook free week. After school, I stayed out for sports training until 8 at night, so by the time I got home, I needed to focus all of my time onto finishing my homework and studying for a quiz. Hopefully, I can keep this up until the end of class on Friday. I have a big test Friday morning, so I will need to study heavily on Thursday without any distractions.
Second last day of the without using Facebook. Nothing different has been going on other than spending less time on the computer. It hasn’t been as difficult as I though but there are some moments when I am tempted to just glance at my notifications and see what is going on. By now I we are pretty much successfully completed our Facebook Free week unless some people have been dishonest and using Facebook. Good luck to everyone and hope we can get through these last couple of days.
I think not using the facebook has been an improvement, and putting it out of mind does help. It does save me about 5min of time per every tow month, so I suppose time is money, and its saving me money. Overall, I feel fine, like every other fine day that every came in my life. I don’t think this has changed me significantly, but at least reading the post of others did enlighten me slightly about what others thought about facebook. After all, I might not ever get to observe other people’s attitude about facebook again, and missing this chance to participate is just foolish.
Good day!

Hi, everyone! Today is the 4th day without using a facebook. im glad that I took a part in this project, because now I can do more things then in days with facebook. Actually I don’t know will I continue using facebook after this project, probably yes, because it’s usefull and I need to be connected with my friends, but it was a good experience.
Cheaaaat 🙂
– I feel fine :)) I can still use Twitter so I’m okay.
– I keep watching Criminal Minds since last monday. I think that’s a good thing because I’m only in season 2 and I need to keep up!
– Only 1 more day left I think we could all do this 🙂
My name is Henry Han.
My teacher from the ICT 12 course from Pinetree Secondary has devised a plan, a plan for us to not use facebook for a full week, starting today.
This is day four.
The experiment seems to get easier by the hour. No longer am I thinking of checking my notifications, thinking about new posts and pictures, etc. It seems like I’ve almost completely cut off facebook from my life..almost.
There’s only one more day left, and now I highly doubt I’ll be visiting the site as much as I did in the past. Facebook now seems to be a thing of the past, an outdated service that used to be available. Now that I’m mentally cleared of facebook, I now have a lot more time for other activities, and time for studying have greatly increased.
I’m excited of what will become of this experiment. Maybe this experiment will spread to other schools and district, and it doesn’t even have to be limited in Canada only. This experiment could possible spread throughout the world.
One more day left guys, let’s see if we can keep this up 😀
Very good. Been playing my PSP a lot since no facebook. also doing my homework instead of refreshing facebook over nine thousand times. Should be no problemo, although i wonder whats happening to my buddies.

Wow, only one day left until this project is over. I didn’t feel that long at all. Although there were times where I wanted to go on, I felt that Facebook was not a contributor to making students like me get distracted in class like how others think. I’m surprised to see that none of my classmates have caved yet, if they are sprouting truthful information. I feel that this class either has a great amount of self-control, or they just do not use Facebook.
Hi, my name is XXX. Today is the third day of our wonderful Facebook Free week!!
Nothing much changed. I still didn’t login in my Facebook account.I spend most of my time on making a Japanese booklet (a project from my Japanese class). Gosh , seems like I have Project Everyday!! Anyways , I spend more time on my homework……( I’m not kidding)
YEAH I NEVER CHEAT lol.
